Terms of Use
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and JCOM LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us"), for the Multipop app. By installing or using the app you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms apply.
1. The app
Multipop helps children practise adding, taking away, the times tables and sharing (division). It is a practice tool and does not replace teaching or school assessments. A parent or guardian should accept these terms on behalf of a child.
2. Progress and your responsibility
- Progress is stored on the device (see the Privacy Policy). It is lost if the app is deleted, unless it is part of an iOS device backup.
- Points, levels and ranks reflect practice in the app only.
3. Ranks and crews
- Players appear on the daily ranks under a made-up game name picked from a list. A grown-up can switch this off for each player in Settings.
- Ranks are for fun and are reset every day; we may correct or remove scores that are clearly not from normal play, and we may change how points are counted.
- A crew code lets others see the crew's game names and points. Share it only with people you know. Don't try to get around the limits of the ranks, for example by sending made-up scores.
4. Price, ads and Multipop Pro
- Multipop can be downloaded and used without paying. All learning content (the four operations up to 20, every game, the daily puzzle, the ranks and every outfit for Pip) is available in free play, for up to two players.
- Free play shows a short ad between rounds, never during a question (see the Privacy Policy).
- Multipop Pro is optional. It removes the ads and allows unlimited players. It is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription, which may start with a free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Purchases are made through your Apple Account and billed by Apple. A subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Pro is restored on another device or after reinstalling with "Restore purchases" in the app's Settings, using the same Apple Account.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, and don't use it to break any law. That's it.
6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the app reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or available at all times. We may add, change or remove features, and may stop offering the app; we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of meaningful changes.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCOM LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (for free use, zero), to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
9. Third-party beneficiary
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, but Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection or intellectual property claims.
